Selection of old vines of the Tempranillo variety. The winema-king process of this wine begins with the destemming and crushing of the grapes, once finished it is sent to tanks where it undergoes a pre-fermenta-tion process for 5 days until finally the alcoholic fermentation takes place for 7 days at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, it is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months.
Deep cherry red colour with violet reflections.
It has aromas of ripe fruit with light touches from its time in oak.
Well balanced and full-bodied on the palate
