The wine is macerated with the skins for 7 days before fermentation, which lasts 10 days. After fermentation, the wine is left to rest on its skins for a further 5 days. Finally the wine is sent to new French oak barrels for 24 months before bottling
Grape: Cabernet 80% and Syrah 20%
Dark ruby colour.
Main aroma spicy, balsamic.
Velvety on the palate, with volume, but without astringency.
