Grapes which have been harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness, and after being subjected to a light cold pressing, they ferment for l2 days. Finally, they are aged for 10 months in French oak barrels with their lees.
Grape: Blend of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc
Pale golden colour with greenish tones.
Floral, tropical aroma, with citrus touches that are complemented by aromas of pastries derived from the ageing on lees. It is a complete wine, with a good palate, balanced and with balanced acidity.
