Very short maceration with the skins, around 6 hours, to obtain its characteristic colour. Subse-quently, a static racking takes place and once the juice has been cleaned, alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 12 days.
Very pale pink colour.
It has sweet, floral aromas with herba-ceous touches that connote freshness such as acid strawberry.
The palate is sweet on the palate with a certain acidity, giving rise to a wine with a good, fresh and balanced passage.
