After the destemming of the different varieties, the grapes are sent to stainless steel tanks with the skins where they ferment for 7 days at a controlled tempera-ture. It is then sent to oak barrels where it is aged for 18 months.
Grape: Tempranillo, Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot
Deep cherry red colour.
Fresh and menthol aromas, its main aroma of undergrowth predominates with hints of thyme, rosemary, aniseed and a slight hint of oak, giving rise to a complex and elegant wine.
In the mouth it is ample, with great volume, velvety and with great balance.
