Grapes are harvested at the end of September to guarantee sufficient sugar in the must. Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and pressed and then fermented for around 12 days, and once it reaches 11° alcoholic content, fermentation is stopped by cooling, leaving residual sugars, typical of the grape, in the wine. The result is a naturally sweet wIne.

Green apple aromas.
Sweet on the palate with a fruity aftertaste and good acidity that balances the wine.
