There is a complexity on the nose where floral notes and aromatic herbs appear, with elegant touches of white fruit and light citrussy touches that reinforce its freshness. There are also subtle spicy notes combined with an interesting minerality that suggests elegance and character.

The palate highlights a creamy step, broad and with good density, well balanced by its freshness and salinity characteristic of the terroir that allows to integrate well its outstanding acidity, which brings good depth, combined with a saline point that marks its personality. Long and tasty finish with a very good final retronasal.
